How to prepare herbal bath:
1. Place one pack of herbs in a pot, add about 1L water. 
2. Bring the mixture to boil. Then remove from heat.
3. Let the mixture steep for 30 mins. 
4. Drain the liquid in a container and discard the herbs.
5. Mix the liquid with bath water and take bath or rinse.
